The Krasnoyarsk Regional Court did not change the decision against the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Alexander Gliskov. The court explained that the sentence entered into legal force.
Recall that in October 2024, the Central District Court of Krasnoyarsk found the policy guilty of receiving a bribe (part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and appointed him 10 years in a colony of maximum regime. According to investigators, in 2017, the deputy, using his official powers, received 1 million rubles from the head of the state enterprise of the city through an intermediary. It was part of a bribe of 5 million rubles.
It was established that for the remuneration, the deputy promised to help the official to maintain the position and was supposed to ensure general protection to the person and the enterprise. Alexander Gliskov himself denies involvement in the crime and calls his case political.
In April, Alexander Gliskov signed a contract for participation in a special military operation.
