In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the prosecutor's office and investigators reported details of the incident at the Kodinsk school.

The investigative department of the RF IC for the region explained that the 14-year-old A student from school No. 4 in Kodinsk brought a kitchen knife to school. First she tried to attack the teacher. Kras Mash clarifies that the conflict occurred with a chemistry and biology teacher. A girl who studies in a parallel class stood up for the teacher; a schoolgirl stabbed her. According to the investigation, the injured girl was given medical assistance and released home.

“The preliminary cause of the conflict was the emotional state of the schoolgirl against the backdrop of difficult relationships with other students. It is known that the girl is being raised in a full, large family and is not registered with the preventive system,” the prosecutor’s office said.

Based on this fact, a criminal case was opened under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – for attempted murder of two or more persons and negligence. Investigators and the prosecutor's office will check both the work of the educational organization and the preventive authorities. During the inspection, the issue of carrying out preventive work with the teenager, including providing her with the necessary psychological assistance, will be resolved.
