In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an entrepreneur was convicted on charges of bribery when supplying food to kindergartens.

The press service of the regional prosecutor's office recalled that from March to November 2024 in Zelenogorsk, an entrepreneur regularly transferred money to the head of the food procurement department of the Center for Supporting the Activities of Educational Institutions. The payments were intended to help in concluding contracts for the supply of products to kindergartens and for general patronage in their implementation. In total, during this period he transferred a bribe in the amount of 389.6 thousand rubleslei.

Having inside information, he ensured that he received contracts for the supply of products to the city’s kindergartens, depriving other participants of a fair opportunity to participate in procurement,” clarified by the supervisory authority.
