More than 3,500 students and schoolchildren of the Krasnoyarsk Territory set off for the new working season

The 21st labor season of student teams has started in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This was reported by the agency for youth policy and implementation of social development programs in the region.

This year, more than 3,500 students and high school students from all over the region will take part in it. They will work in the Ocean and Orlyonok children's centers, at all-Russian construction sites, in medical centers, on the railway and in the agro-industrial complex.

“For more than half a century of history, student teams of the Krasnoyarsk Territory have made an invaluable contribution to the development and emergence of entire cities and huge enterprises. It has already become a good tradition to start a new work semester together,” said Viktor Kolomiets, head of the region’s youth policy agency.

The Krasnoyarsk Territory will be represented by fighters from 27 units at 14 labor projects. The agency noted that this is a record number. Last year, 16 teams participated in the projects.

“Now you will disperse to different regions and show the whole country and the world that the student teams of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are the best. We believe in you and are waiting for your return,” said Vladimir Nazarov, Chairman of the Board of Student Teams of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The youth will sum up the results of the working season at the Student Teams Meeting. It will take place at TIM “Biryusa” in September. The movement of student groups in the Krasnoyarsk Territory resumed in 2005. Now it unites more than 10 thousand fighters.
