What will the weather be like until March. ANM announces unusual temperatures at the end of winter

The weather will warm up in the next four weeks, and temperatures will be even higher than normal for the calendar period, according to the forecast issued by ANM for the interval February 2 – March 2.
For the week of February 2 – 9, the ANM announces that the temperatures will be higher than those specific for this week in the western, northwestern, central and locally in the southern regions, but also lower in the north-eastern extremity of the country, and otherwise they will be close to normal.
“The rainfall regime will be locally deficient in the mountainous areas, and in the rest of the territory it will be close to the normal one for this interval”, according to ANM. However, no snow is expected on the mountain.
For the week of February 9-16, average temperatures will be higher than normal for this period in most regions. The amounts of precipitation will be excess throughout the country, but especially in the southern regions.
Likewise, during the week of February 16-23, the average air temperature will have higher than normal values for this period, in most of the country. The estimated rainfall regime for this period will be light
surplus in all regions.
In the week of February 23 – March 2, the average thermal values will be slightly above the specific ones for this week, throughout Romania. The amounts of precipitation will be close to the normal ones for this period, in most of the country.
