In Krasnoyarsk, a fish processing plant was fined for violations

Rospotrebnadzor conducted a scheduled inspection of the Morskaya Freshness fish processing plant on Tambovskaya Street in Krasnoyarsk and revealed many violations sanitary legislation.
In particular, experts found that the flow of technological processes was ignored in the production premises: fish hung for drying on grid racks was stored directly in the raw material defrosting area; gutted it on tables intended for hanging processed fish; the knives were not marked – the same ones were used for gutting, cutting raw fish and semi-finished products, and for finished products.
In addition, food dyes with opened packages (cans and bags) were for some reason stored in the shower of the women's locker room, and disinfectants were located in the fish preserves packaging workshop, which created the risk of chemical contamination of the products.
“Also, the storage conditions for the finished products were not observed—Sugudai preserves were stored outside the refrigerator at room temperature instead of the required range from −2 to −6°C. By the way, indicators of temperature and humidity conditions for storing food products in warehouses were not recorded anywhere. On top of that, the enterprise did not exercise proper control over the implementation of disinfestation and deratization measures, and also did not check their effectiveness,” the supervisory agency said.
Based on the results of the inspection, LLC RPP “Sea Freshness” was brought to administrative liability in the form of a fine in the amount of 20,000 rubles, which has already been paid. It is also reported that, in accordance with the instructions of Rospotrebnadzor, the company eliminated the identified violations.
