The appeal filed by the American side in the Olympic floor bronze scandal has been accepted by the Swiss Federal Court. Ana Maria Barbosu, 18 years old, remains, at least for now, without an Olympic medal.
Drama in the scandal of the bronze medal won by Ana Barbosu at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
After the Court of Arbitration for Sport awarded him this medal, following an appeal filed by the Romanian delegation, the Swiss Federal Court returns the case for retrial.
Sabrina's appeal was not considered, so the review and appeal were dismissed.
Jordan Chiles was granted review, but his appeal was denied.
