A fresh face in the morning: 1 ritual in 4 minutes – and the bags under the eyes “melt” on their own

If you wake up with a puffy face, heavy eyelids and bags under your eyes even after a normal night's sleep, then it's not a matter of age or fatigue. The reason is stagnation of lymph in the face and neck area. During the night, fluid accumulates, and in the morning the skin looks puffed up.

No need to buy expensive rollerballs or apply layers of cream. One simple ritual of 4 minutes is enough immediately after waking up, before coffee and washing.

How to do:

  • Lie on your back. Place the pads of your fingers behind your ears and slowly, with light pressure, move down your neck to your collarbones. Repeat 15 times. This opens the main lymph nodes and starts the flow of fluid.
  • Place your index and middle fingers together. Slowly move from the center of the chin to the corners of the jaw, applying light pressure. Do 12 reps. This removes the appearance of a double chin and improves contour.
  • Use your fingertips to gently tap your cheekbones from your nose to your temples. The movement should be light, almost weightless. Complete for 30 seconds. This stimulates microcirculation and relieves puffiness under the eyes.

Do this ritual every morning. After just two or three days, you will notice that your face has stopped swelling, your eyes have become clearer, and your foundation goes on more evenly.

Because the freshness of your face begins not with cosmetics, but with movement.

Important:

If there is inflammation, herpes or skin damage, temporarily postpone the practice.

Question and answer:

Why does my face swell in the morning?
Due to stagnation of lymph in a horizontal position. Light movements speed up the outflow.

Do you need oils or creams?
No. The movements work on dry skin. Oil may slow down the effect.
