Krasnoyarsk residents were told how to protect their immunity

Rospotrebnadzor told Krasnoyarsk residents about proven ways to protect the immune system.
The immune system consists of special cells and proteins that protect the body from pathogens – bacteria, viruses, fungi, as well as from certain poisons.
The effectiveness of the immune system depends on heredity, but proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle can significantly increase its activity. Remember that the strength of the immune system depends 50% on the lifestyle a person leads and, of course, on nutrition.
The immune system “sags” most strongly due to prolonged stress, bad habits, unbalanced nutrition – be it constant overeating or severe restrictions – as well as vitamin deficiency and excessive physical activity.
To maintain immunity, a person needs:
- complete healthy diet;
- quitting smoking and drinking alcohol;
- caring for your psyche;
- healthy sleep (at least eight hours a day in a well-ventilated area);
- regular exercise, active lifestyle.
Let us recall that earlier specialists from the regional Office of Rospotrebnadzor told Krasnoyarsk residents about a product that reduces the risk of developing dementia.
