The Rosreestr office for the Krasnoyarsk Territory has recorded a significant increase in the number of requests from property owners who want to protect their property from fraudulent activities.
Thus, in 2025, 44,000 property owners established a ban on registration actions to conduct any transactions with their property without personal participation or a legal representative. This is 76% more than in 2024, when 25,000 residents of the region issued a similar ban.
“The mechanism for banning registration actions without personal participation is a competent approach to the security of property transactions and an effective tool for countering fraudulent schemes. This measure completely eliminates the possibility of transactions carried out by intermediaries without the knowledge and consent of the property owner. The growing popularity of this method indicates that citizens are consciously protecting their property,” commented Tatyana Goldobina, head of the Krasnoyarsk Rosreestr.
You can submit an application in several ways: through your personal account on the Rosreestr website (without an enhanced qualified electronic signature); through the portal “State Services”; in paper form – through the offices of the MFC “My Documents”. The deadline for making an entry in the Unified State Register of Real Estate is 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application, the service is free.
