Flights in Europe may begin to be canceled due to fuel shortages as early as May

Walsh said the International Energy Agency's estimate that Europe could start to run out of fuel for planes in six weeks was “sobering”.

He called on governments to develop “carefully coordinated plans” to deal with possible fuel rationing.
