Rospotrebnadzor gave Krasnoyarsk students advice on healthy eating

On Student's Day, which is celebrated on January 25, the Krasnoyarsk department of Rospotrebnadzor published recommendations on proper nutrition for students.

Department specialists urged students not to forget about a healthy diet, especially during periods of high academic load. Active studies, sessions and lack of time often lead to the abuse of fast food, however, to maintain concentration and energy, the body needs nutritious meals rich in vitamins.

Recommendations include eating breakfast, avoiding fast food in favor of healthy snacks, regularly drinking clean water, including fruits and vegetables in your diet, and planning three main meals in your daily schedule.

Experts emphasized that poor nutrition can negatively affect not only academic performance, causing fatigue and problems with concentration, but also lead to serious illnesses.
