Krasnoyarsk became a new point of the route of Trevl-Gastro-show “Flight with taste.” The inspiration for this stage of the project was the Siberian nature, the cultural heritage of the region and modern gastronomic ideas.
“Flight with taste” is a joint project of Aeroflot and VK Video with the support of the ALFA ONLY of Alfa Bank. The restaurant group Bellini was a gastronomic partner. The idea of the project is that the journey begins on board: a unique menu from invited chefs sets the tone for the trip, and dinners in cities turn into cultural events.
For a flight to Krasnoyarsk, the menu was created by Evgeny Vikentyev-the chef and author of the Centrale Bistro project. On board the guests tried a crab in a jelly with caviar and algae, a paste from the liver of a dime with strawberries and cedar nuts, a vinaigrette with smoked muksun. Vyacheslav Chepurchenko, an actor of theater and film, was a special guest of the flight, who, together with the crew and chef, helped to create an atmosphere of travel.
After landing, the journey continued in the restaurant “Czech” – the project of the restaurant group Bellini. Evgeny Vikentyev presented a set of local products: Minusinsky tomatoes, dumplings with smoked pike, foie-grade in mushroom broth with hay, trout with tsukkini sauce and spruce oil. Serving tables in the style of “Siberian beds” added visual accents, and attention to the details plunged guests into the atmosphere of Siberia.
Already on September 18, “Flight with taste” will go to Vladivostok, where new discoveries and unexpected gastronomic combinations are waiting for guests. The chef of the flight will be Artemy Lopatin-a brand-chef of the restaurants Jun and Kiyomi.
And already this fall, the show can be seen in the on -board system of Aeroflot and on the VK VK platform.
