The Kremlin named peace conditions before negotiations with Ukraine and the United States in Abu Dhabi

He spoke about the results of the meeting between the illegitimate Russian President Vladimir Putin and the special representative of US President Donald Trump, Steve Witkoff, and the son-in-law of the head of the White House, Jared Kushner.

“During these negotiations, it was again stated that without resolving the territorial issue… there is no point in counting on achieving a long-term settlement,” Ushakov noted.

According to him, the head of the Kremlin is allegedly “sincerely interested in resolving the Ukrainian crisis through political and diplomatic methods.” But until this happens, the Russian Federation will continue military operations, says Putin’s aide.

He also named the composition of the delegation from Moscow at the first meeting of the trilateral working group of the Russian Federation, the United States and Ukraine on security issues, which will be held on January 23 in Abu Dhabi (UAE). The Russians there will be headed by the head of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces, Igor Kostyukov. According to Ushakov, the group also included “representatives of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense.” Putin, as Ushakov said, has already given the Moscow delegation “specific instructions.”

The day before, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky indicated who would represent Kyiv at the meeting in Abu Dhabi: this is the Secretary of the National Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, the head of the Presidential Office Kirill Budanov, the first deputy head of the OP Sergei Kislitsa, the head of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction David Arakhamia and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Lieutenant General Andrey Gnatov.
