
Dumplings do not have to be sculpted – they can be prepared much simpler. Ukrainian culinary blogger anny.cooking shared the secret of making dumplings without extra effort on the Threads social network.
“Do you want a joke? If you take 500 g of minced meat, mix it with grated onion, herbs, salt and pepper, roll into a lot of balls, soak the meat balls in water, then [обвалять] in flour (and so on four times), cook in salted water for three minutes after they float, you will get delicious dumplings in 20 minutes,” the blogger wrote.
She demonstrated the cooking process in the photo.
