In the Sverdlovsk district of Krasnoyarsk, a 17-year-old boy took his father’s VAZ-21053, who was at that moment repairing another car, and got into an accident.
As the traffic police said, everything happened on December 17 in the evening. The teenager decided to drive around the base on Parashutnaya Street, but lost control and collided with a parked VAZ-2107, and then ran over a pedestrian. He was injured and was taken to the hospital.
In relation to a minor, administrative materials were drawn up for driving without a license and a compulsory motor liability insurance policy (Part 1 Art. 12.7 and part 2 of Art. 12.37 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
