The media found out who could become the head of the military administration in Odessa. He heads the OVA

On October 14, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky responded to a petition to create a military administration in Odessa due to bad weather on September 30, during which 10 people died.

He noted that he sent letters to the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, and the head of the Odessa OVA, Oleg Kiper, with a request to check the information contained in the petition and, if there are legal grounds, to take appropriate response measures.

Lysak has held the position of head of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Branch since February 2023.

Before his appointment, he was the chairman of the Ukrainian Accounting Department in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
