The president of the PSD Vâlcea branch, Constantin Rădulescu, believes that the party he belongs to would be criticized if it leaves the current governing coalition, and if it stays, and he believes that USR and PNL should “go”.

“Let them go! USR, PNL…”, Rădulescu declared, on Friday, in a press conference, according to Agerpres.

He suggested that the PSD would have to lose if it leaves the government, even if, for some, such a scenario “looks like a salvation”.

“You'll see what will happen. If we stay in government, they'll swear at us for keeping them, if we leave, they'll swear at us for destabilizing and look what problems there are because the PSD left. Anyway, everyone swears at the PESEDists and then my idea is for them to leave and for us to govern,” PSD leader Vâlcea continued.

Constantin Rădulescu believes that the PSD could govern alongside the UDMR, minorities “and one more group”.

“We are very experienced and skilled politicians and if PSD is still such a devil in the minds of PNL, USR and so on, how do you know that we, PSD, cannot govern with UDMR, minorities and another group that could join?”, Rădulescu added.

The social democrat said that in Vâlcea he works “very well” with AUR.

“There are two decisions: I stay and they curse me, I leave and they curse me. I choose to stay and take responsibility or let's all leave and let the AUR govern. (…) I work very well with the AUR in Vâlcea. That's all I can tell you. The rest, in Bucharest, they decide what to do”, concluded Constantin Rădulescu.
