In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, following claims from the prosecutor's office, plots within the boundaries of the Kebezhsky nature reserve were returned to the state.
The supervisory department said that in 2021, the administration of the Ermakovsky district leased 4 agricultural land plots with a total area of 73 hectares to the head of a local farm for breeding and raising horses. Three years later, having already lost his status as an individual entrepreneur, the man turned to the administration with applications to buy out the same plots as a bona fide user. As a result, he became the owner of land within the boundaries of a specially protected natural area of regional significance – the Kebezhsky state biological reserve.
“The Kebezhsky Nature Reserve has been under state protection for more than 60 years and was created to preserve game species and rare species listed in the Red Book, as well as their habitats. Land plots and natural resources within the boundaries of specially protected natural areas of regional significance are limited in circulation: they are not subject to privatization, and termination of rights to them is allowed only by decision of the regional government authorities in accordance with federal legislation,” the prosecutor’s office explained.
However administration district alienated plots without any approval from the relevant ministry, which contradicts the regionalmu lawat on specially protected natural areas and the established regime for their use.
The prosecutor filed a lawsuit to declare the transactions invalid. The court satisfied the requirements. As a result, 4 land plots with a total cadastral value of more than 1 million rubles were returned to state ownership.lei.
