
On January 21, Ukrainian restaurateur Evgeniy Klopotenko on Facebook told how to cook delicious kapustyaniki – amazing cutlets made from stewed cabbage.
Products
- 500 g cabbage;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 1 egg;
- 100 g breadcrumbs;
- 50 g flour;
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- salt and pepper – to taste.
Preparation
- Chop the cabbage and lightly chop throughout the entire volume with a knife.
- Grate the carrots.
- Fry the onion in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
- Add carrots and fry for another five minutes.
- Add the cabbage, stir, cover and simmer for seven minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After the vegetables have cooled, add salt, pepper, flour, breadcrumbs and egg.
- Mix well.
- Form cabbage patches.
- Fry in a heated frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
