“Don’t expect danthesics to grow up”
Until the spring of 2022, the singer was married to the Ukrainian singer Dantes (Vladimir Gudkov). The news that the strongest couple in show business at that time was no longer together shocked many – the former lovers admitted in March that they had not been together for a long time.
“There will never be the right time. This story began on August 5, 2011 on a train. Two young people, who still have everything ahead of them, met and fell in love with each other from the first second. Until the beginning of February 2022, they achieved a lot. They became the most beautiful couple in show business, their relationship became an example for many. This couple became the closest people to each other, and these are the closest friends. They remain that way. The only thing is that they are just not together now,” the artists said.
Dantes and Dorofeeva assured then that after parting they did not disappear from each other’s lives, but as time has shown, former lovers try not to remember each other.
An affair with my best friend's husband
The ex-husband and wife did not disclose the true reason for the separation, but soon the media found out: Dorofeeva has someone else. It turned out to be Katsurin – a friend Dantes and the husband of Dorofeeva’s close friend, Ukrainian businesswoman Dasha Katsurina.
Dorofeeva and Dantes often vacationed with the Katsurins and shared joint photos with subscribers. The lovers remain silent even now about the precise moment at which romantic feelings flared up between Dorofeeva and Katsurin, but they do not hide: together they are incredibly happy.
The first details about the couple’s romance were announced by Dasha Katsurina in the fall of 2022. The designer admitted: she was the first person to tell Dantes that Dorofeeva was having an affair with her husband at that time.
“When my divorce happened, he [Dantes] He supported me very much. Very. This is the first person I told. I called him and said: “If you knew, then I will kill you!” And he's like, “What? No!” – said Katsurina.
“I'm changing my wife”
She clarified that at that time the singer no longer lived with Dantes. Katsurina admitted: at first she and the artist supported each other in a friendly manner, and then they themselves became a couple.
“When we met him in Kyiv, we were friends, we were friends, and then we were not only just friends,” added Katsurina.
The fact that former married couples simply exchanged partners was another shock for Ukrainian show business – this news is still discussed, and then they even joked – Dorofeeva, Dantes and Katsurins could become heroes of the program “Changing a Woman”which went to “1+1”.
Some even reproached Dorofeeva for stealing her friend’s husband. The singer responded briefly: “Go shit somewhere else.”
A word to Dorofeeva’s ex-husband
In November 2022, Dorofeeva’s ex-husband also broke his silence. He admitted: at the beginning of February 2022, he and she had already broken up.
“For myself, I answered that we really don’t love each other. And then you make a decision: “Let’s probably live separately.” And we thought for a month, like giving time, but a full-scale war began, then something else,” he said then.
Dantes admitted that while married to Dorofeeva, he began to realize that he was not living for himself, but for his wife.
“At some point, I began to understand that I needed to live for myself. It seemed to me that I live too much for my wife, I need to take care of myself. You see that you are becoming more and more individuals who have little in common,” he noted.
He also called the reason for the separation that they were too different people.
“We grew up together – I was 23 and she was 21 when we met. Now I’m 34. How many years have we been together?! We were just different. Yes, there are other problems that I definitely won’t talk about,” the artist admitted. “But until February 1-2, I had this picture, then I have a completely different picture. And the reasons are different. But this is no longer on my conscience. And it’s not for me to tell. I have my own grievances, I’ve experienced anger and hatred. And now I’m like: “This is what I decided, so be it.” And then it’s not up to me to live with that karma.”
What Katsurin said about divorcing his wife
According to Katsurin, to save the relationship with his wife, with whom he raised his son and daughter, many methods were tried, including “psychologists, special literature and toys,” but it did not work.
“Staying in a relationship for the sake of children is not OK,” Katsurin said in November 2022. “Children suffer much more from sad parents and conflicts than from divorced parents who were able to build their happiness with someone.”
The restaurateur emphasized that he does not equate leaving a woman with refusing to raise their children.
“Parents who live in unhappy marriages will never teach their children to enjoy life. Unhappy parents are a failure in any case,” Katsurin summed up then.
Love that inspires
Despite the rumors, gossip and grievances of former partners, Dorofeeva and Katsurin have been together for four years. They got married secretly June 15, 2023.
Talking about her second husband, Dorofeeva does not hide: she is happy in this marriage. A year ago, on the eve of her 35th birthday, Dorofeeva, in a joint interview with Katsurin, noted: They, like all lovers, have quarrels, but they know how to make peace.
The restaurateur, in turn, admitted that he considers himself and Dorofeeva a team that has common interests and goals – it was Katsurin who became the author of many of the singer’s new songsand also performed with her on the same stage several times, performing duet compositions.
When asked what they value each other for most, the couple admitted that they couldn’t name just one thing.
Why did you love each other?
According to Dorofeeva, her second husband contains a “combination of strong qualities,” including intelligence, sexuality, a sense of humor and strength. Katsurin said that he appreciates too many things about Dorofeeva to single out just one thing. Describing his wife, he called her amazing.
Katsurin added that he considers Dorofeeva so beautiful that he always likes the way she dresses.
In November 2025, Dorofeeva openly stated: in the near future she is ready to become a mother– but so far the couple has not announced a possible addition to their family.
