The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory received a claim from Sberbank demanding that the restaurateur, founder of 0.75 Group, be declared bankrupt Alexandra Mitrakova.

The amount of claims is about 21.35 million rubles. The application has not yet been accepted for processing: this usually takes 5 working days.

The restaurateur explained to the Borus Telegram channel that the loan belonged to one of his companies, the debt was planned to be transferred to other legal entities, but the bank went to court.

“This was news to me, I learned from the media. We started to figure out what was going on, and it turned out that this was a loan from one of my Moscow companies, Sky LLC. Sber and I negotiated on restructuring the loan and transferring it to other legal entities, since the company ceased its activities. Why they applied for me as a physicist, I don’t know. Naturally, we will cancel this statement. This will not affect the activities of restaurants in any way,” said the 38-year-old businessman.

Let us remind you that Alexander Mitrakov was born in Krasnoyarsk, graduated from Siberian State Agrarian University named after Reshetnev. He opened his first catering establishment – Mike&Molly – in 2012, and in 2016 – the wine restaurant 0.75 Please, which has repeatedly received prestigious gastronomic awards awards and was included in the top list of the best according to Moscow celebrities.
