A possible culprit in a fatal accident with a school bus in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been named

According to preliminary data from law enforcement officers, the culprit of an accident involving a school bus and a car in the Minusinsk district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was the third the driver who crossed into oncoming traffic and fled the scene.

Two criminal cases were opened in connection with the accident: according to Part 4 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules, resulting in the death of a person through negligence, associated with leaving the place where it was committed) and under Part 1 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life or health of consumers).
