There is a new owner of the famous plot of land in Łódź. In the background, the construction of the Golden Tower
The starting price of the plot for the Golden Tower in Łódź was exceeded three times. Its starting price was set at PLN 4.4 million, less than its market value, which was estimated at PLN 5.8 million. On the premises at ul. Piotrkowska, a 72-meter Golden Tower apartment building was to be built under the developer's contract. Before the auction, the plot belonged to the Golden Tower Group, in which Piotr Misztal, an entrepreneur from Łódź, holds the majority of shares. What next with the plan to build the famous skyscraper? It turns out that the new owner does not intend to change the plot's intended use.

Golden Tower has a chance to be built in Łódź
The WR Home company that auctioned the property in Łódź is based in Ząbki near Warsaw and is mainly a developer. As businessman Piotr Misztal said in an interview with “Gazeta Wyborcza”, the purchase of land is just the beginning, because he has a building permit issued under the lex developer procedure. — The new buyer of the plot will have to cooperate with me, Piotr Misztal told “Wyborcza”. In turn, Daniel Balla, president of WR Home, announced after the auction that he liked the Golden Tower project and would like to implement it.

Six entities took part in the auction, including Development A. Sowiński, a company related to Piotr Misztal's wife. The auction took place due to the debts of Golden Tower Group to this company.
Golden Tower is to offer from 85 to 110 luxury apartments. The project includes not only residential floors, but also swimming pools, a wellness area, a multi-storey parking lot and a restaurant. The skyscraper is to be 72 m high.
