The degree of difficulty of the subjects was medium to difficult at the first written test of the 2025 Baccalaureate, in Romanian, explained the Romanian teacher Eliza Iordache, from the International Theoretical High School of Informatics, for Tottadespremame.ro.

The students of the 12th grade today held the first test at BAC 2025, at the Romanian language and literature test. In the third topic, the candidates from the real profile had to make a characterization of a character, of choice, from a text signed by either Ioan Slavici or Ion Creangă, and those from the human had to present the relationship between the two characters from the same two literary texts.

Professor Eliza Iordache says that the argumentative essay, from the subject of IB, should not have present significant difficulties in writing. The students had to argue whether or not the appearance of a person can influence his success.

In the second topic, the students had to explain the role of the author's notations from a fragment from “Miss Nastasia”, belonging to George Mihail Zamfirescu. The teacher explained that the students had to mention how the dramatic text is built: “Compositions specific to the dramatic text (act, scene, painting)”, “the space and time of the action”, “Elements of disambiguity of the reply (to him)”, “Elements of portraying of the characters”.

For the director, the students had to provide information about the acting game (gestures, mimic, body position, voice tone, breaks, rhythm), scenography, lights, sound fund, says the teacher.

How to solve subject III

In the case of the essay for subject III, on the real profile, where the students had to characterize a character from Ioan Slavici or Ion Creangă, Professor Eliza Iordache says they had to be reached:

  • Presentation of a dominant feature illustrated by two significant scenes;
  • Analysis of any two elements of structure, composition and significant language for the construction of the character.

At subject III, the students from the human being had to build an essay on the relationship between two characters in choice from Ioan Slavici or Ion Creangă. The teacher says they should have mentioned:

  • Presentation of the social, moral and psychological status of each of the two chosen characters;
  • Highlighting the evolution of the relationship between characters;
  • Analysis of any two elements of structure, composition and significant language for the relationship between the two characters.

Eliza Iordache mentions that these two essays involve a deeper level of literary understanding and interpretation, but emphasizes that “the particularities of construction of a narrative text, a predictable topic for Real, have not been requested.”
