
The author of the Ukrainian culinary YouTube channel “Smakoliki Yuli” told how to cook Transcarpathian chops.
The blogger noted that the secret to these chops lies in the incredibly simple marinade – thanks to it they turn out juicy, and the crust never lags.
Ingredients
- meat for chops;
- egg;
- 1 tbsp. l. flour.
- for the marinade – vegetable oil, salt, pepper, garlic and a little water;
- flour for dredging chops.
Preparation
- Cut the meat into portions. Hit it from both sides.
- Prepare the marinade by mixing vegetable oil, salt, pepper, chopped garlic and water.
- Dip the chops into the marinade and pile them up to marinate.
- Prepare the batter. To do this, beat the eggs and salt until fluffy with a mixer for seven minutes.
- Add flour and mix with a whisk.
- Dip the chops in flour and then in the egg mixture and fry in a heated frying pan.
