The Romanian police brought seven fugitives into the country, including a “most wanted” woman

The Romanian police say that they brought to the country, under escort, seven convicted persons or with preventive arrest warrants, including a woman wanted internationally from the “most wanted” category.

Seven people convicted or with preventive arrest warrants were brought to the country by the police, under escort.
On December 30, a 47-year-old woman from Gorj, wanted internationally in the “most wanted” category, was brought from Great Britain, based on a warrant issued by the Gorj Court. She has to serve a sentence of 15 years and 8 months for trafficking in minors, human trafficking, pimping and forming an organized criminal group.
On December 29, a 44-year-old man from Iaşi was brought to the country, wanted internationally for committing the crimes of forming an organized criminal group, migrant trafficking, human trafficking, smuggling, inciting aggravated theft and favoring the perpetrator. He was brought from France, having been issued in his name, by the Iasi Court, a warrant for the execution of the 12-year prison sentence.
On the same date, a 31-year-old man from Ialomiţa was brought to the country, wanted internationally for committing crimes related to the traffic regime and the tax regime. He was brought from Germany, having issued in his name, by the Constanţa Court, a warrant for the execution of the prison sentence of 3 years, one month and 20 days.
Also on December 29, the police brought to the country a 26-year-old man from Argeş, wanted internationally for committing road crimes. He was brought from Spain, having issued in his name, by the Constanţa Court, a warrant for the execution of a one-year prison sentence.
On December 30, the police brought to the country a 29-year-old man from Olt, wanted internationally for the crime of pimping. He was brought from Italy, having issued in his name, by the Dolj Court, a preventive arrest warrant.
On the same date, a 32-year-old woman from Gorj was brought to the country, wanted internationally for committing the crimes of trafficking minors, human trafficking and forming an organized criminal group. She was brought from Great Britain, having issued in her name, by the Gorj Court, a warrant for the execution of the prison sentence of 15 years and 8 months.
Also, a 23-year-old man from Iasi, wanted internationally for the crime of drug trafficking, was brought to the country. He was brought from Spain, having been issued in his name, by the Iasi Court, a preventive arrest warrant.
