Details of a fatal accident near Krasnoyarsk involving a prosecutor have become known (video)

New details have become known about a fatal accident in the Emelyanovsky district, in which Vasily Fedorin, the prosecutor of the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk, allegedly participated. According to media reports, the man was drunk and crashed into a car, after which a 23-year-old student died.

The accident occurred on the Yelovoe-Elite highway. The car, which could have been driven by the prosecutor, flew into the oncoming lane and collided with a Toyota Allion. According to TVK sources, a shirt with shoulder straps of a senior justice adviser was hanging in the wrecked car.

There were two young people in the Toyota Allion at the time of the accident. The passenger died the next day in the hospital. The driver, the young man of the deceased girl, survived; he was diagnosed with a concussion and a fracture of two ribs, TVK reports.

According to eyewitnesses, the prosecutor underwent a medical examination, and a breathalyzer showed the presence of alcohol in his blood. Investigators opened a criminal case under an article on violation of traffic rules that resulted in the death of a person through negligence.

The State Traffic Inspectorate, which the Newslab correspondent contacted, claims that they have no information about the accident. TVK managed to find out that it is impossible to make an appointment with Vasily Fedorin at the prosecutor’s office – he is not at work.

Relatives of the deceased student report that farewell will take place on December 30.
