British Prime Minister Keir Starmer held a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz on Friday afternoon, the head of government's office on Downing Street reported.

The statement said that “leaders reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to a just and lasting peace in Ukraine.” They stressed the importance of continuing talks on the peace agreement in the coming days.
Starmer reiterated that now “is a key moment for Ukraine and for security in the entire Euro-Atlantic region.” All three of Kyiv's allies assured of their “unwavering commitment to providing Ukraine with the support it needs.”
According to the British Prime Minister's spokesman, “leaders agreed to continue to work with partners and allies to achieve lasting peace” in Ukraine.
