More than 3.5 thousand stores in the Krasnoyarsk Territory have connected to accepting digital IDs in MAX

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, more than 3.5 thousand retail outlets have already provided the technical ability to receive a digital identifier in the MAX messenger. This was reported by the regional Ministry of Industry, Energy and Trade.
Digital ID allows you to confirm your age when purchasing goods in the 18+ category, as well as receive discounts provided for pensioners, large families and people with disabilities.
Connection of the service to retail chains began in 2026. Assistance in setting it up has been provided for residents of the region. In all multifunctional centers and comprehensive social service centers where computer literacy courses are held, specialists will help you install MAX, confirm your account on the public services portal and create a digital identifier.
The ministry notes that work on introducing the service needs to be accelerated. Until September 1, 2026, digital ID acceptance must be organized in all stores in the Krasnoyarsk Territory that sell goods with age restrictions or offer discounts for preferential categories of citizens.
To connect to the service, entrepreneurs must send an application to [email protected] with the note “Krasnoyarsk Territory”.
