Lidl stores will have a special program during the winter holidays.
Christmas is just a few hours away, and that means there's still a little time to shop. Most shops are also open on Eve. It's no tragedy if something is still needed on December 26, the shops will reopen.
The representatives of the chain announced that it will start from December 24, 2025, when stores across the country have a shorter schedule.
The days on which the shops will be closed will be December 25 and 26, the first and second days of Christmas, and January 1, the first day of 2026.
Lidl Christmas Program 2025
On Wednesday 24 December 2025, Lidl stores will be open from 7am to 6pm.
Thursday and Friday, December 25 and 26, 2025, the stores will be closed.
Between December 27 and 30, the program returns to normal, between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Lidl New Year's Eve 2026 programme
On Wednesday, December 31, stores will again have short hours, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, January 1, 2026, the stores will be closed.
On Friday, January 2, 2026, stores will again have short hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Lidl stores will return to normal hours starting January 3, 2026.
