In Krasnoyarsk Pokrovka, during a special operation, police detained a 39-year-old man who had taken refuge in a private house with a weapon.
It all happened last night on Lyuba Shevtsova Street. Eyewitnesses reported to the duty station that a drunken attacker, during a family scandal, kicked his wife out into the cold, and then fired one shot from the fence towards the street.
“It was known that there was a 7-year-old child in the house. The man did not make any demands. Police and special forces from the Russian Guard were immediately sent to the scene. The head of the regional Main Directorate, Alexander Solovyov, his deputy, the head of the city police, Gennady Berezin, and SOBR officers entered the house to negotiate with the man. As a result of joint operational actions, the attacker was detained. A shotgun was seized. There were no injuries,” said official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk.
The man was taken to the police department for further investigation.
