Detentions before Christmas. The CBA attacks the Collegium Humanum diploma scandal

A series of hearings
The arrests took place in the days preceding Christmas, and the services' activities ended on December 24 after a series of interrogations and confrontations at the Silesian Branch of the Department of Organized Crime and Corruption of the National Prosecutor's Office in Katowice. According to Goniec's reports, the detainees spent many hours giving explanations.
The portal informs that Maks K. and Paweł P. were detained in their homes on Monday and Tuesday, respectively. After being transported to Katowice, they participated in interrogations and in confrontations with other people related to the proceedings.
Actions against Jan R.
At the same time, CBA officers took action against Jan R., who after arriving in Warsaw was detained and also transported to Katowice. The ambassador's interrogation ended on Wednesday morning, around four o'clock.
The investigation concerns irregularities related to obtaining MBA diplomas at Collegium Humanum, a private university headed by Paweł C. According to the arrangements, these documents were to be used as formal confirmation of qualifications, enabling them to take up positions on supervisory boards of State Treasury companies.
