PLN 200 million for raises. This is how much Biedronka plans to spend in 2026

Over 70 thousand employees of the Biedronka chain in stores and distribution centers will receive higher salaries from January 1, 2026, the chain will allocate over PLN 200 million per year for raises for employees – Biedronka announced in a press release.

It was reported that from January Biedronka employees can receive PLN 400 gross higher earnings per month, which for a beginner seller-cashier may amount to the highest amount on the market – PLN 5,800 gross.

In the pre-Christmas period, Biedronka allocated almost PLN 200 million for its employees in the form of Christmas packages, discount vouchers and e-codes for shopping. (PAP Business)
