The Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory signed a decree on increasing utility tariffs

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, utility tariffs will be raised twice. The corresponding decree was signed by the regional governor Mikhail Kotyukov.
The first increase will occur on January 1, 2026 and will be 1.7% for all municipalities. Payments for heat, hot and cold water, sewerage, electricity, gas and municipal solid waste management will be indexed.
Prices for housing and communal services will increase for the second time on October 1.
- Urban district of the city of Krasnoyarsk of the Krasnoyarsk Territory – 13% (for thermal energy – 10.7%, hot water supply – 10.7%, cold water supply – 25%, water disposal – 25%, for electrical energy – 15.5%, for gas supply – 9.6%, for the management of solid municipal waste – 17.4%));
- Kansky Municipal District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory – 13.2%;
- Norilsk, ZATO Solnechny, Abansky, Achinsky, Balakhtinsko-Novoselovsky, Birilyussky, Bogotolsky, Boguchansky, Bolshemurtinsko-Sukhobuzimsky, Dzerzhinsko-Taseevsky, Emelyanovsky, Ermakovsky, Idrinsko-Krasnoturansky, Ilansko-Nizhneingashsky, Irbeysko-Sayansky, Kazachinsko-Pirovsky, Karatuzsky, Kezhemsky, Kozulsky, Mansko-Uyarsky, Motyginsky, Rybinsky, North Yenisei, Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets, Turukhansky, Uzhursky, Shushensky municipal districts – 15%;
- Sosnovoborsky municipal district – 16%;
- Divnogorsk, Zheleznogorsk, Zelenogorsk, Yeniseisky, Kuraginsky, Minusinsky, Nazarovo, Sharypovsky, Evenkiysky municipal district – 17.1%.
