Oatmeal pancakes in 15 minutes: I cook them for breakfast – even those who don’t like porridge eat them

Oatmeal is a great source of fiber and slow-release carbohydrates, but many people find it boring, watery, or too “healthy.” And fluffy oatmeal pancakes are much better. They turn out tender, with a light nutty crust on the outside and a soft center on the inside. This breakfast does not overload the stomach, but gives energy until lunch and is suitable even for those who refuse to eat porridge at any cost.

Ingredients:

oat flakes “Hercules” – 100 g
ripe banana – 1 pc.
milk – 100 ml
baking powder – 1/2 tsp.
pinch of salt
cinnamon or vanilla – optional
oil for greasing the pan

How to cook:

  • Pour warm milk over the oatmeal and let it soak for 5 minutes.
  • Add mashed banana, salt, spices and baking powder. Stir until the mixture is thick but pourable.
  • Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with oil.
  • Place the dough in small portions.
  • Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.

The pancakes are made without flour, without eggs and without sugar, but at the same time sweet from banana and aromatic from cinnamon. They do not crumble, do not stick and do not require a mixer.
