The national award in the field of communications “Silver Archer”* took place in Moscow, bringing together industry experts, representatives of business, government and non-profit organizations.

The head of the Department for Strategic Communications and Public Relations of the Boguchanskaya HPP, Irina Nagibina, spoke as part of the Award’s Expert Council. Involvement in project evaluation was a continuation of systematic activities to promote enterprise communication initiatives on professional platforms.

Previously, station projects were presented in specialized competitions, which allows us to compare our own practices with industry approaches, take into account current trends and improve the company’s communication activities.

“Working on the Expert Council provides an opportunity to analyze best practices in the field of communications. The members of the council, which brings together leading experts in the field of public relations, have a great responsibility, since its assessments ultimately influence the development of the entire industry. It was especially important to consider projects in the “Event Communications” and “Internal Corporate Communications” categories, because these are the areas with which we work most actively,” noted Irina Nagibina.

Authors and teams of authors, agencies, non-profit foundations and organizations, specialized services and public relations departments of government, public organizations and commercial enterprises can participate in the competition for the prize. The voting of members of the Expert Council took place in two stages: the remote voting ended in the first half of March, and the in-person voting, which determined the finalists and winners based on the results of open presentations, took place on April 1–2.

The list of award nominations is updated annually; over the entire period of work, more than 8 thousand projects were submitted to the jury for consideration. In 2026, participants were offered 20 nominations, including “Educational and educational projects”, “Communications for cultural initiatives and collaborations”, “Communications for a new Russia” and others. Prestigious awards were awarded in the “Master” and “Person” categories.

*The Silver Archer national award was established in 1997 and is the oldest award in the field of communications, annually bringing together representatives of business, government and NGOs to discuss the best communication projects and socially significant initiatives. The winners of the award are teams that shape the professional agenda and serve as a guide for the development of new communication programs. “Silver Archer” relies on a developed regional network of competitions, ensuring the participation of projects and experts from across the country at the national level.
