In the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk, traffic police inspectors detained a 15-year-old boy with signs of intoxication, who, supposedly, drove the BMW X5 car.
Everything happened the day before at night. The DPS crew received a orientation about drunk driver noticed in one of the yards on Akademgorodok Street, and went to check the information.
“Arriving at the specified address, the police discovered the cluster of youth. According to witnesses, one of the teenagers ruled a foreign car. At the same time, he had signs of intoxication. His father was called to the place, in the presence of which the young man was removed from driving. The minor was offered to undergo a survey procedure for intoxication, but he refused, while arguing that he was not behind the wheel, ”the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
In relation to the guy’s father, a report was drawn up under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure by parents of duties on the maintenance and education of minors”.
The owner of the car called to the place – a family friend – refused to explain how the teenager was from a foreign car.
The police reported that an administrative investigation was assigned to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
