In December 1895, the Krasnoyarsk Duma drew up an agreement for a period of 3 years with the exiled peasant Valerian Ivanovich Volzhinsky. He was allowed to transport passengers along Bolshaya Street (Mira Avenue). At the final stops, pavilions were built for passengers from rain and wind.

The fare was 5 kopecks per person. The route passed between Starobazaraya square (current Peace Square) and the Siberian Railway station.

Let us remind you that people are now walking along the streets of Krasnoyarsk buses, trolleybuses, trams and electric buses. Buses first appeared on city streets in 1934.
