Ciprian Ciucu took the oath at the Bucharest City Hall: “We will have a lot of work”


The general mayor-elect, Ciprian Ciucu, took the oath on Friday, at 17:00, in the meeting room of the Bucharest City Hall.

“It is a very, very important moment for me. I have emotions. I want to have a good collaboration with the General Council. We will have a lot of work”, stated Ciprian Ciucu.

Ciprian Ciucu won the position of general mayor of the Capital following the partial local elections of December 7 with 36.16% of the votes (over 211,000 votes). He thus prevailed in front of Anca Alexandrescu, supported by AUR (21.94%), Daniel Băluță, from PSD (20.51%), respectively Cătălin Drula, from USR (13.90%).
