In Krasnoyarsk, bailiffs secured payment of wages to a dermatologist.

According to the press service of the bailiffs in the region, the dermatologist resigned from a private medical center, but the employer did not pay her due salary upon dismissal. The woman filed a claim in court, which obliged medical center pay to her full salary – 120 thousand rubles.

“The general director of the medical center was summoned to an appointment with the bailiff department, where it was explained to him that if the court decision was ignored, he could be prosecuted under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for malicious failure to comply with a court decision, and from the organization, in addition to the amount of the debt, an enforcement fee in the amount of 50 thousand rubles would be collected,” the department specified.

As a result, the head of the medical center under the control of the bailiff, paid the former employee wages in full.
