Deputies of the Norilsk City Council spoke in favor of increasing payment for trips of children and youth to various events

At a meeting of the commission on social policy, members of the Norilsk City Council considered adjusting the additional social support measure.

We are talking about outdoor events for athletes. Thus, it is proposed to pay from the local budget not only for travel, but also for the transportation of baggage, including excess baggage (currently this financial burden falls on sending municipal institutions).

The fact is that for some athletes, for example, hockey players, the equipment can be bulky and heavy, and in some cases you have to pay for additional luggage, or buy additional luggage if it is not provided for in the purchased travel document.

Please note that the maximum amount for reimbursement of travel and baggage costs will continue to be no more than 50 thousand rubles.

In addition, the order on organizing a business trip for a coach-teacher and athletes may reflect one sports competition, which is held over several days and in different cities of Russia. According to current regulatory documents, the return trip is a trip from the final point of the competition to the place of residence. That is, the intermediate route is not taken into account and, accordingly, these costs are not reimbursed. This also needs to be resolved.

Another point proposes to take into account reimbursement of expenses for travel and baggage transportation by public transport and motor transport on order (with the exception of passenger taxis) from the place of residence to the airport and back and from the airport to venues of events/temporary accommodation and back: at actual costs, but not more than 3 thousand rubles.

In addition, changes will be made to additional measures of social support in terms of organizing recreation for children and youth in health organizations outside of Norilsk. The adjustment applies to family members of SBO participants. It is proposed to replace the wording “participating in the SVO” with “taking (participating) in the SVO.” We would like to add that this change is being made in accordance with the decree of the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on socio-economic measures to support individuals taking part in a special military operation and members of their families.

“Additional measures of social support for Norilsk residents are initiative expenses of our budget. Despite the difficult financial situation, we are trying to save them for next year. And at the same time, we continue to make adjustments in order to eliminate the gaps that inevitably arise in any regulatory document, because it is impossible to take everything into account from the very beginning, “unaccounted for” situations arise in the process, and we promptly make the necessary changes. I thank my colleagues for their systematic work,” explained the chairman of the deputy commission on social policy, Larisa Neplyakhovich.

The changes presented to the commission were supported and recommended for approval by a session decision.
