This Friday, May 8th, Krasnoyarsk residents and city guests are invited to the opening of the new season of the Flower Symphony exhibition and sale in Pushkin Square at the intersection of Mira Avenue and Kirov Street.
According to the administration, the first fair this year will be open from 07:00 to 14:00. It will feature primroses, perennials, ornamental shrubs and house plants. Guests will also be able to receive advice from experienced gardeners.
“Flower Symphony” will run weekly on Fridays until October, except on very rainy days. During the season, traditionally, thematic events will be held: Peony Day, Phlox Day, Hydrangea Day, Chrysanthemum Ball and others. For gardening, educational workshops on agricultural technology are planned.
“The exhibition and sale of flowers has been running in Pushkin Square for several years. During this time she became very popular. Citizens are looking forward to the start of the season to buy flowers and seedlings for their homes or summer cottages. In addition, this is also a good way to support local flower growers, because many of them are older people,” — said the head of the Central District Administration, Dmitry Bezrukikh.
