In Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case is being investigated against a children's swimming coach accused of molesting three minor girls. This was reported by the joint press service of the regional courts.
According to investigators, the man touched the intimate parts of the swimming students’ bodies during training.
The Krasnoyarsk citizen is charged with paragraph “b” of Part 4 of Art. 132; clause “a” part 3 art. 132; Part 1, Art. 2 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (other actions of a sexual nature in relation to minors, minors; commission of indecent acts without the use of violence by a person who has reached the age of eighteen, in relation to a person under the age of sixteen, in relation to a person who has reached the age of twelve but has not reached the age of fourteen).
The day before, the Kirovsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk extended the defendant’s preventive measure in the form of detention for two months.
