The “documented” coach from CFR, after the draw with Metaloglobus: “We are in the same situation”

CFR Cluj stumbled in Clinceni, 2-2 with Metaloglobus, in a match in which the Transylvanians drew, score 2-2. Huiban (penalty) and Pasagic scored for the hosts, while Sinyan and the young Biliboc repaired the table for the group from Gruia.
The draw does not radically change the calculations of group A, and the coach “on paper” of Transylvania, George Ciorceri (70 years old), explained immediately after the final whistle why the situation remains basically the same for CFR.

George Ciorceri, coach with PRO license from CFR Cluj, came to the flash-interview instead of Daniel Pancu (48 years old).
“We conceded goals in two set pieces. We're in the same situation. We're almost in the same situation. And if we'd won, we still needed at least a draw with Rapid to go further in the Cup.
We had a chance to finish 1st, but now we only have a chance at second. Our objective is to qualify further in the Cup. We are still within the goal, we can qualify further”, stated Ciorceri, according to digisport.ro.
The 70-year-old technician will serve as head coach until “Pancone” gets his PRO license.
Victory with Rapid can send CFR Cluj to the quarterfinals of the Romanian Cup
Transylvania are currently 2nd in the group with 4 points, while Metaloglobus remain in 5th position with just one point.
In the last stage, CFR Cluj receives a visit from Rapid and is master of its own destiny: a success guarantees its qualification, while a draw allows it to go further only if Dumbrăvița does not win with Argeș.
On Sunday, CFR Cluj returns to the Superliga, with a difficult trip to the Craiova University field.
