According to a senior NATO official, Ukrainian forces in Myrnohrad are surrounded and dependent on drone deliveries, the portal reported. According to the Alliance, it can already be assessed that “Myrnohrad is practically completely surrounded.”
“There is a narrow corridor through which the Ukrainians can withdraw some of their forces, but we are talking about a really narrow corridor, which is still under fire control (of the Russians). So, in general, it is an encirclement, although for now we cannot talk about a full encirclement,” said the NATO representative.
The Alliance also emphasizes that the Ukrainians fighting in the city have not given up their weapons and are still repelling attacks, although they are experiencing problems with supplies.
