Massive Russian attack on Ukraine. Three people died and a dozen were injured


The Russian army carried out a combined attack on Ukraine's critical infrastructure facilities using strike unmanned aerial vehicles and missiles launched from the air, land and sea. In total, Russia used 503 air attack means – 45 missiles, including 32 ballistic missiles and 458 drones of various types, including: about 300 Shaheds.

The main directions of the attack were the Kiev, Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava oblasts. Air defense shot down 415 air targets: 406 drones and nine missiles. There were 26 missile and 52 drone hits recorded in 25 locations.

“In the Dnieper, the Russians hit a residential building. Two women were killed and 12 people were injured. I express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims. In the nine-story building, apartments in two staircases were destroyed,” Svyrydenko wrote in the Telegram messenger.

Attack on energy infrastructure

According to the Prime Minister, Russia has again deliberately attacked energy infrastructure. “Several large energy facilities were damaged – in the Poltava, Kharkiv and Kiev oblasts. One person died in the Kharkiv oblast,” she noted.

— The Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Development, together with regional administrations and local authorities, are coordinating the work of renovation teams, municipal services and the State Service for Emergency Situations in order to restore services necessary for life. Repair work is ongoing in all regions, Svyrydenko added.
