Krasnoyarsk residents are asked to share their opinion on the work of snow removal services (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, 240 work teams and 119 special vehicles are clearing the streets of snow, the city Department of Roads, Infrastructure and Improvement reported.

During the night shift, specialists carried out active work on cleaning and removing snow on the streets of Lesoparkova, Krupskaya, Zabobonov, 60 Let Oktyabrya and Alexander Matrosov. Today, December 2, they are working on Tobolskaya, Vysotnaya, Lenin, Karl Marx and other sections of the road network.

First of all, busy highways and streets are treated with de-icing materials. Then specialists carefully sweep the snow from the sidewalks onto the roadway into the run-off area so that it can be removed along with the snow from the roads. This is a synchronized work that requires precise coordination.

Let us remind you that earlier the Department of Roads, Infrastructure and Improvement reported that severe frosts complicate the process of snow removal in the city. At temperatures below −30°C, problems arise with the functioning of the hydraulic mechanisms of special equipment.
