DThe alert police found the intruder – he turned out to be a local resident. The guy admitted his guilt and repented of his actions. Four administrative materials were drawn up against him for nviolation of maneuvering rules and driving with headlights off (Part 1 Art. 12.14 and Art. 12.20 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), the total amount of fines was 2,000 rubles.
The traffic police reminded that such actions pose a threat to road safety and can lead to serious consequences for both the driver and those around him: “Please note that city streets are not a place for extreme stunts, but a high-risk zone that requires maximum concentration and compliance with all rules and regulations. We urge citizens to report cases of dangerous driving in order to promptly stop violations and ensure safety on the city’s roads.”
