In the western parking lot of Tatyshev Park in Krasnoyarsk, barriers are being installed because of drifters.
As explained by the park's press service, barriers are installed to restrict entry to the parking lot and eliminate cases of drift. This measure is forced and is associated with complaints from residents about noisy cars driving in.
“The entry ban will be in effect from 23:00 to 06:00, and during the daytime the security system will record vehicle license plates for interaction with the traffic police. The same system operates in the eastern parking lot,” noted the director of Tatyshev Park Mikhail Kovtunov.
At the same time, small parking lots in the eastern and western parts remain open, park staff added.
